Hi there, for today I have for you 4 easy and quick hot foiled card ideas!
To make them I used glimmer plates include in the Spellbinders Glimmer of the Month August 2020.
This month the Glimmer Kit is called “Have a Crafty Day” it includes a coordinating “Aura Foil Roll” but for my cards today I used Polish Brass and Teal hot foils.
Spellbinders Hot Foil Glimmer kit
- In this glimmer set you will get 6 glimmer plates.
- 5 sentiments and 1 background plate.
ADD- ON Craft Happy stamp set + die set
This month Spellbinders is also offering and Add-on stamp set and coordinating die set called “Craft Happy“.
The images in this stamp set coordinate perfectly with the Spellbinders Glimmer of the Month August 2020.
I made little projects using all the glimmer plates in the Spellbinders Glimmer of the Month August 2020 and also some of the images and dies from “Craft Happy“, the add – on bundle.
To add colour to all the stamped images I used Copic Markers .
I used Memento black ink as it doesn’t bleed when using it with alcohol markers.
have a crafty birthday foiled card
sending crafty hugs foiled card
handmade for you foiled card
Black foiled card idea
I also wanted to make a card to show you the background glimmer plate included in the Spellbinders Glimmer of the Month August 2020.
You need to run this glimmer plate twice to cover the whole background.
I used black hot foil so the foiled images i the background and the sentiment look as if they were stamped.
do you love foiling?
Stay tuned as on September 10th I’ll have a special post with the new Christmas glimmer plates and dies designed by Yana Samakula.

That’s all for today I hope you enjoy this post.
Happy crafting.
