Hello Crafty Friends, today I’m sharing a super simple and quick card idea to show you the new Alex Syberia Designs Clematis Die Set.
It is super easy to use.
Today, Im also joining an Instagram Hop + giveaways. You are welcome to hop and explore inspiration using new Alex Syberua supplies available at Simon Says Stamp.

The Clematis Die Set by Alex Syberia Designs is a buildable floral die set designed to cover a full A2 card front.
It includes an intricate die-cut background piece and layered flowers that can be used separately to create custom arrangements.
Great for a wide range of occasions, such as thank you, birthday, friendship, and encouragement cards. I even thought of creating a Christmas card for today, but changed my mind last minute.
The set is compatible with most standard die-cutting machines.

The Cardmaking Process
This is an A2 side-fold thank you card that uses a classic colour combination of deep jewel tones and metallic accents. Bold clematis blooms are layered over a dark teal background, while gold cardstock is used for selected details to add contrast, warmth, and visual interest without overpowering the design.
- First, I die-cut two backgrounds from white cardstock and stacked them together, glueing them behind the die-cut made from gold mirror cardstock to add strength and stability.
- Then, I die-cut the flowers from red cardstock and the flower centres from gold mirror cardstock.
- The florals were glued onto the gold background, and this entire panel was adhered to a teal card front from the Assorted Card Fronts Set 2 by Simon Says Stamp.
- For the sentiment, I used a clean and simple BetterPress Sentiment that keeps the focus on the florals while still clearly delivering the message. Slightly raised and kept in crisp white, it adds subtle dimension and finishes the card neatly.
That’s all for today.
Thanks for stopping by.
