Easy Snowflake Cards With Ombre Glitter Magic
I kept the designs very clean and focused on the snowflakes themselves. To make them shine (literally!), I die-cut them from several gorgeous Ombre Glitter Cardstocks. These papers are lovely, and each sheet transitions softly through multiple tones, so the snowflakes have instant depth and dimension.
I love how the colours shift from soft pastels to rich jewel tones.
They contrast beautifully with the solid-coloured card fronts from the Simon Says Stamp Assorted Card Fronts Set , creating a gentle, wintery glow.

Colours & Combos Used
- Arabian Nights – peach and lilac tones that feel warm and frosty at the same time.
- Mermaid Shimmer – dreamy turquoise and seafoam shades.
- Oyster Lustre – soft neutrals with a pearly shimmer.
- Under The Sea – icy aquas and deeper teals for a bold, winter palette.
Mixing and matching snowflakes from these sets gives a beautiful contrast—light snowflakes on dark panels, and vibrant snowflakes on soft pastel backgrounds. Every combination looks intentional and festive!

Sentiments: Clean, Modern & Gold Embossed
For the greetings, I used sentiments from the CZ Design stamp set. The stamp set is great for stamping tags, but you can use the messages for a variety of papercraft projects.
Gold embossing adds the perfect touch of warmth and elegance, especially against the cool-toned card fronts.
A few tiny gold pearls finish the look without overwhelming the simple layouts.

Perfect for Last-Minute Crafting
These cards come together quickly:
- One pass through the die-cutting machine
- Arrange the snowflakes
- Glue everything down
- Embosses a sentiment
- Add panels to A2 card bases
DONE!
That’s it! If you’re short on time but want something handmade and beautiful, this design is a lifesaver.

That’s all for today.
Thanks for stopping by.
