Hello, crafty friends! Today I’m joining the Alex Syberia Christmas Release & Giveaway Blog Hop, with super easy card ideas featuring the new Alex Syberia Designs Christmas Postage Stamps Stencil Set.
I don’t know what got into me, but I felt the urge to use purple shades for one of the cards and yellow, because the colours go together so beautifully.
Of course, you can make them in any colour you like!

***The Christmas Postage Stamps Stencil Set is great for quick makes!
I have 2 top tips for you.
- Use a gel press or gel printing plate to hold the paper and the stencils in place while applying inks.
- Go monochromatic or use a few ink colours for speed.
Minimal Stencilled Christmas Card in Purple and Yellow

This is an A2 side-fold card (5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″)
- First, I die-cut the background panel using the Alex Syberia Designs Postage Stamps Cover Die.
- To add a little bit of colour to the background, I used the ASD Postage Stamps Stencil.
- Inks used for the stencilling: Seafoam( Background), Heather, Violet, Butter, Clay, and Earl Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Inks.
- Then, I stencilled the images using the Christmas Postage Stamps Stencil Set.
- Next, I stamped sentiments using the Christmas Postage Clear Stamp Set and Simon Says Stamp Versafine Black Ink.
- To finish, I foam-mounted the panel into an A2 side-fold card base.
