Spring Garden by Alex Syberia Insta Hop + Giveaway

Hi Crafty friends, today I’m joining an Instagram blog hop here to share ideas and inspiration using the new Spring Garden stamp set, stencils, and Die Set by Alex Syberia Designs.

I made 3 super easy C6 cards.

Cardmaking Tips

There are a couple of tips I want to share with you to work with these supplies:

1. The larger floral image in the stamp is flexible so when stamping it without giving any thought it won’t align with the stencil.

To align the stamp with the stencil use the Misti or a stamping platform.

• There are 4 stencils in the pack. Place stencil number 1 on the Misti and align it with the corners.
• Then place the large floral stamp over the stencil making sure the gaps of the stencil are aligned with the corresponding area of the stamp image.
• Close the lid of the Misti to set the stamp into position to start stamping.

2. After setting the stamp, you can also use the Misti to easily align the other layers of the stencil to do the stencilling. these will ease the production of multiple cards in time record.

• 6×8 Spring Garden Stamp Set
• 4-pack Spring Garden Stencil
• Spring Garden Die Set
• Floral Lattice Cover Die ( background of the blue card)

For this card I partially die-cut the card base, then I glued the image over and added an acetate card base between the front and the backing panel of the cardstock card base.

I used liquid adhesive to keep everything in place.

Perhaps the simplest card and my fav. I just glued the die-cut image over another solid die cut to give it a little bit of dimension and then I glued this into a C6 card base. Then I stamped the sentiment.
