Frenchie Card Jolly Elements #560 by AALL & Create

Hello everyone, I’m passing by to share a “thank you card idea” using an image from the Jolly Elements Stamp Set #560 by AAll & Create.

Although Jolly Elements Stamp Set #560 is a Christmas themed stamp set you can use the Frenchie (French Bulldog) image to make any occasion cards.

Card Recipe + Clickable Links

• The dog is from Jolly Elements Stamp Set #560.
• I stamped an image at the background from Caffeinated Clear Stamps #642
• The stencilled texture in the background was made using Wood Pile Stencil #63, Peachy and Cheeky Pawsitively Saturated Inks.
• The sentiment is from Basic Sentiments Clear Stamps #630.
• Paper: Strathmore Watercolor Paper and White Smooth Cardstock.
• Inks: Versafine Onyx Black Ink, Peachy and Cheeky Pawsitively Saturated Inks.
• Washi tape 12 ( floral).
• Washi Tape #31 – Take Risks Dark.
• To add colour: Zigs and a Nuvo water brush.

Cardmaking Process

• First, I stamped the dog image on Strathmore Watercolor Paper using Versafine Onyx Black Ink (waterproof) and the help of the Misti stamping tool.
• Then I applied colour using Zigs and a Nuvo water brush and using scissors I fussy cut the image.

• Next, I trimmed a 3-1/4 “x 8” inches piece of smooth white cardstock for the background
• I stamped the image from Caffeinated Clear Stamps #642 using Versafine Onyx Black Ink (waterproof) and the Misti over it.
• Then, I added texture and colour to the background using the Wood Pile Stencil #63, Peachy and Cheeky Pawsitively Saturated Inks.
• To add interest, I mixed the ink of a black zig with water and splattered it over the background and I also added a washi tape border.
• I also applied Nuvo Crystal Glaze over the glasses and I applied Black Sakura Glaze Pen over the border of the glasses.
• To make the banner stand out a little bit, I added silver mirror cardstock behind it.
• Using foam pad adhesives, I suck a stamped banner just above the washi tape and I also added the dog.
• I embellish using cooper, clear and brown sequins.
