Can you believe that I used clear bags instead of acetate to make these super easy stencilled embossed shaker cards?
I have seen people doing it and I decided to give it a go. I’m actually shocked as the bags worked well. They don’t look cheap as I thought they would.

Here is the video so you can watch the main steps of the cardmaking process…
So here is an idea to go the extra mile practising different cardmaking techniques such as:
- Ink Blending.
- Easy Stencilling Effects.
- 3D Embossing.
- Adding shaker elements.
Perhaps all this is too much for a single project but you can use a few of these ideas to get crafty with different supplies.
The embossing panel give some dimension and also reduce the stability of the paper so that is why you see me adding a background panel behind the shaker before adding to the card base
