New WOW Embossing Powders

Wow Embossing Powders And STencils

The new Heart Confetti Stencil and Confetti Circle Stencil designed by Verity Biddlecombe has been designed to use with embossing powders.

Yes! you can use it to apply inks or any other medium.. etc

• For today, I applied Crafter’s Workshop Tacky When Dry Gel Medium through the stencils on 240 grams cardstock.
• Once the gel dries completely is very sticky so all you have to do is to apply embossing powders over and heat set.

Voila! You can apply multiple colours or just one single colour of sparkling embossing powders.

In the picture below you can see all the colours from Fairground Wow Embossing Trio.

I used Carnival ( Blue) from the Fairground Wow Embossing Trio to emboss the edges of the acetate butterfly in this card and also the butterfly’s body and antena.

For this card, I used Confetti Circle Stencil and I used “Twiggy and Fresh Stem” embossing powders from English Garden Wow Embossing Trio.

I also used Gold Rich Ultra High WOW Embossing Powder to add golden extra texture.

For this card, I used a combination of embossing powders from the 2 different trios.

I used Fresh Steam from the English Garden Wow Embossing Trio and Carnival ( Blue) from the Fairground Wow Embossing Trio.

Again, I used Gold Rich Ultra High WOW Embossing Powder to add extra texture and golden accents.

Heat Embossed Box

This box measures 4x 4 inches and it is 1″ tall. To make it :

• I used 2 pieces 6×6 inches pieces of cardstock.
• Then, I trimmed 1/16″ of an inch of the piece I used to create the box base.
• To create the box flaps I scored both pieces at 1″ inches around the edges.
• I folded and trimmed the corners of each piece to give shape to the box.
• Using a punch a made an indentation on the lid that allows easy opening.

I stamped the topper of this box using Foliage Background Bold Stamp and Versamark Clear ink, English Garden Wow Embossing Trio, and Carnival ( Blue) from the Fairground Wow Embossing Trio.

For the butterfly I used Fresh steam embossing powder and Gold Rich Ultra High WOW Embossing Powder.

For sentiments on all the projects today, I used Versafine Onyx Black ink, Happy Birthday Sentiments, and Thank You Sentiments stamp sets also designed by Verity Biddlecombe.
