Hello Crafty friends.
Today I joined an Altenew Youtube Hop featuring the new Stampwheel 2.0.
What is new?
The new and improved Stampwheel 2.0 is bigger and it has better stamping guides.
The lid engraved in the lid has 32 axes and 8 well-defined circumferences, each 1/2″. These are precision stamping guides as they allow you to identify where to place the stamps and how ( along the curvatures)
To easily place the Stampwheel lid on the base aperture, place the stamps over the lid side with the grid’s engraved lines. You can feel the texture of the engraved grid lines by just passing your fingers over.
Yes! you can use both sides of the lid but you might feel the lid a bit tight when placing the stamps over the smooth side.
- We have a larger working/Stamping Surface 9″
- Removable side panel, that allows the use of an A4 sheet of cardstock ( to create up to 4 card panels from one stamped/stencilled image)
- Improved guidelines and grid (on the lid and at the side panels)
- The sticky mat will keep the paper in place eliminating the risk of stamping mistakes.
- Yes, Altenew is working on new accessories for this tool ( available soon)
