Hello crafty friends, Dont get over complicated when making cards for teachers ar your classmates. I really had fun making these super easy / clean and simple cards using Pawsitively Saturated Inks and the Take Note stamp set by Simon Says Stamp.
Take Note Stamp Set
The Take Note stamp set by Simon Says Stamp is a great set to create cards for teachers or classmates.
It includes 7 individual images and 9 sentiments.
Coordinating dies are available.
Take Note Cards
I always need generic cards for teachers and PSA (pupil support assistants) .
So I kept it super simple. I used a piece of plastic packaging to create a mask and to keep the mask in place I worked over a circular gel press/ gelly plate.
The images can be stamped over the inked areas or offset the area in different ways as well.
To add colours, I used: Citrine, Mandarin, Peony, and Violet Pawsitively Saturated Inks. You can use any image, ink colour, or medium you might want to do this.
For the background of one of these cards, I also used the “Ticking cling background stamp” from the Just A Note release.
